Wasserturm Hotel Cologne, Curio Collection By Hilton

I stayed for one night with friends and enjoyed the well-presented breakfast. We found the rooms and interiors quite nice. It's easy to appreciate the architecture and enjoy the atmosphere.

Unique and fancy hotel, supper friendly staff, loved magnificent location very close to the common areas, the main shopping area as well as restaurants and bars and tram route 3. The room was exceptionally clean and with bathroom, ensuite toilet.

It was disappointing to have 2 single beds together instead of a double bed - and the shower was very weak.

We loved the character of the Hotel and think they did a beautiful job renovating an old water tower into a lovely hotlel. The location is convenient and all areas are walkable. The staff was friendly. My only regret is not having the time to enjoy the spa.

We were disappointed in our room. The bedroom was upstairs with no windows. We complained about the room being too hot yet no one took the time to make any changes or even return our call to give us an update on whether or not they could cool things down. A fan would have been helpful, we did not sleep our last night because the room was too warm and a bit stuffy.

My purpose for visiting the hotel was for both business and a personal break. I found the level of service to be excellent, being addressed by name would certainly indicate this. Would I use the hotel in May when I intend visiting INTERZUM next May yes even though the locating is not the most convenient, being a designer I enjoyed the architecture, spa facitity and service.

We liked extremely spacious rooms and reasonably priced food.

Quirky Stay in a Historical Gem

The unique design of our beautiful king room was good, and the central location made exploring Cologne easy. The noise from a private event was disruptive late at night. Pro tip, check event schedules if you value peace during your stay.

Here's my point of view

Staying in a restored medieval water tower was a delight! The rooftop bar with panoramic city views stole the show. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a unique layout. The staff's warm welcome with truffles and wine added a personal touch. An lovely experience worth repeating!

We really had problems on the first night with reseva. While giving us a smaller room (and not hired as a suite) there was no compensation from the hotel. Outside this disappointment, the hotel is very nice.

Despite the disappointment, all have been very helpful to solve the problem.

Good value for money, excellent location, very special hotel

This is a fabulous hotel and is a unique experience to stay here. The staff are are excellent and we received good service throughout our stay. The suite was very spacious and very well appointed. We cannot wait to return next holiday.

Unique architecture with great views

The hotel is a beautifully repurposed water tower, boasting a fine rooftop bar with amazing views of the cathedral. The room we stayed in was modern and spacious, easily accommodating our needs, though the air conditioning could use some improvement as it struggled to cool effectively. The location was quiet yet conveniently close to public transport and city attractions were nice.
